Teamgee strives to provide every customer with a great after-sales experience. If you're not fully satisfied with the order, you can refer to the following instructions to request a refund or exchange: 

Refund & Exchange Conditions

  1. Only authorized items are accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  3. All items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, labeled, and in their original packaging. Receipts or proof of purchase must be enclosed.
  4. Tracking information must be updated after shipment so that we can check the tracking status.

Acceptable Returns

Quality Issues:

If you find any item to be materially defective, please return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving the package. While we carefully inspect all items for obvious defects and damage before shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon arrival to ensure that it is free of any defects or issues. No refunds will be issued for items damaged due to customer negligence.

Wrong Order:

If the purchased product does not match what was ordered, we will replace your product. For example, it wasn't the color you ordered, or the item you received didn't match the style you ordered.

Non-returnable Items

  1. Products that are artificially damaged, stained, worn or contaminated.
  2. Products with odors that affect resale.
  3. Products with original components missing due to the customer.
  4. Any product more than 30 days after delivery.
  5. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; special-priced items cannot be refunded.

How to return?

  1. Initiate a return:

Contact us tgmonitor_shopify@outlook.com to initiate a return. Please send us an email with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Reasons for return
  3. Clear photographs of all sides of the products, the complete set of accessories, and the original packaging
  4. Send the item back:

Our customer service staff will evaluate the eligibility of your return request within 2 business days. If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package.

*Please note that we do not accept unauthorized returns. We recommend using a mailing method that provides tracking information and requires a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  1. Refund or exchange

Upon receipt of a return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and make arrangements for an exchange or refund accordingly.

Return Charges

  1. If the return is due to seller error, such as wrong model, wrong color, or product quality issue, we will provide a full refund and the shipping fee.
  2. If it is due to buyer preference, such as not liking the item, ordering the wrong product or size, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the amount of $45.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment account within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive a refund within this time frame, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company if necessary. Occasionally, refunds may take longer to arrive.
